We build gear for the wild, and we expect you to use it there. You have 30 days to test your item and if it doesn't perform to your standards then you can initiate a return.

Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in original packaging.
• Items must be returned clean, undamaged, and in working order.
• Returns showing signs of heavy abuse, negligence, or missing parts may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.

How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact us at info@cambiumcamping.com. If accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us instantly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom/personalized products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period: For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is in its original, unused condition.
